We – Sud & Waren, an established manufacturer & Exporter of superior quality printing & converting machinery we incepted in the early sixties by our visionary chairperson, Mr. Baldev Sud. He anticipated the growth of data processing in the country and foresaw the demand for business forms which were not being manufactured in India at that time. Therefore, he started a small manufacturing with the bare minimums, to produce preprinted continous stationery.

In 1969, Sud & Waren Pvt. Ltd. - an engineering & manufacturing company promoted by Mr. Baldev Sud in association with Mr. K.L. Arora as Managing Director was formed to manufacturer machinery & equipment first time in India to produce computer stationery near Delhi. Presently, we are an ISO 9001:2000 company under the ardent leadership of our present directors Mr. R.R. Garg & Mr. N.K. Singla.

Our Facilities
During these years we have developed various types of rotary printing press, rotary printing machine, converting machine and packaging machines. Our main product computer stationery manufacturing, printing & allied machines have been developed. Allied machines like Conplat for offline operation; Collators with number / logo printing, Pouching, Perforating attachments; Pack to pack printers; Mini converters (MP01) are also developed and sold side by side. We cherish a healthy relation with Indian Railways since 1978 as a proud supplier for all important railway presses. We initiated with card ticket related machines like board slitter, chopper, ticket printing & ticket destroying machines. Later various types of web offset presses for printing stock forms, computer stationery and even computerized railway tickets (printing & spooling) have all been developed & supplied to the railways. Furthermore, in addition to Indian Railway various other Govt. printing presses are also using Sud & Waren web offset press successfully.
